OT: Pressure washer recommendation

Till now I've been washing and scrubbing the underside of my 74Tii with a garden hose and elbow grease. Thinking I should get a powerwasher. Never had one before, so thought I'd ask the members here on recommendations. I'd like to stay under $200, but am flexible somewhat.

Hire a decent one for the day, get some good pressure, maybe even one that heats up the water as well.

Good idea -- I did not think of that. Will rent one and then see what I like/don't like.

Be careful... A good pressure washer will take the rubberized coating right off the bottom of the car...

My father has a Karcher that I've used many times. It's about 1500psi which is plenty for most stuff. I will admit though I would like something with about 3000, any more and it would be too much. Electric is fine for most stuff when it comes to it.

Pressure washers force water into hidden places, I have been tempted to use mine on the 02 on occasion but then decided not to based on how easily these cars rust. Just my $.02, something to think about.
