Towing a 2002 on a Dolly...O.K???

I restored a 46 Willys Jeep about ten years ago. Since then I have towed it with 4 wheels down via a tow bar, a tow dolly with the driveshaft disconnected and with 4 wheels up on a trailer. I am the happiest when all 4 wheels are off the ground. I would feel the same way about my 2002. When towing my jeep with a dolly, I had to maintain lower speeds than usual because it would wag - plus I would stop to check wheel bearings and to make sure the diff wasn't too hot.

Seems to me I have seen a picture here of an open U-Haul trailer with an 2002 stuffed in it - seems like a simple, reasonable solution.

good luck - some can hook on a rope and tow a car 100 miles without a problem. Others aren't so lucky.
