I need to replace my fuel tank, I have small pin hole. Where is the best place to get one?

What's the year and model ?

You might be better off repairing the pin hole and sealing the insides with a kit, but tanks are available new or good used from time to time.

You might start by trying Eastwood's Gas Tank Sealer kit. I had excellent results with it. http://www.eastwood.com/ew-gas-tank-sealer-kits-for-cars.html

take the tank to a good radiator shop and have 'em check it. The proper way to repair is to fill the tank with either carbon monoxide (from a car exhaust) or CO2 (not water) and then solder up the leaks. Had mine repaired after a piece of road debris punctured it--they soldered a penny over the hole. Still good after 25+ years.

If you do replace, make sure you get the same tank--there are many variants--by year, tii vs carb, long or short filler neck etc...

I just had to replace one myself and their easy to find but a bit expensive Shipping is also very expensive because of the size. I suggest fixing the leak, it will be much easier and less expensive.

Oh, hey, the inert gas idea's a great one-

a co2 or nitrogen purge, then weld away.
