Is the steering wheel for sale? what is the condition of the left rocker panel?

Need a driver side fender -just the lower part that butts up against the rocker. Let me know if it not all rusted out.

Also need the lower part of the driver side q panel ( in front of the wheel) the area down by the rocker.
