Something I learned. There are so few cars with the old style antennas that visiting any downtown metro area you run the chance of these getting broken off. Not by kids but people that use crack. Apparently they use this as the straw to suck up the burning crack in steel wool at the other end.

A good few years ago, I couldn't find a chrome roof antenna in the US.

Eventually I found one on Ebay in the UK. I guess they are (were) still popular over there.

Do a search on Ebay UK for roof aerial, there's 7 or 8 pages worth.

Here's a couple. I would assume you are looking for period correct chrome aerial/antenna rather than black.

e30 M3 antenna is a good choice. The Fuba has issues.
