WTB: M10 in New England

Have you looked in local junkyards for a 318? They're a dime a dozen and their M10s drop in without too much hassle. Difference being they had fuel injection. If it's only for temporary use that should work just fine.

Good point. I know where there are a couple right now, but they've been there for a while. Craigslist also has a couple.

I thought there was a hangup with the distributor drive? Something about having to change out the cam because it spins the dist in the opposite direction? I have to do the research. e30 m10s are cheap.

A quick search yielded this; should help you out. Apparently using the stock distributor would be just fine. ( from the 318).... Good luck! Hope it helps
