NLA List?

It would be an impossible list as it is constantly fluctuating (shoot, I'm seeing E21 parts starting to disappear in droves right now).

As for Maximillian's, they've been around pretty much longer than anybody at this point. Ken and Conrad ( both 'Max' guys are active members on this board). If you call them, no one will have a more accurate say on current OEM parts availability (and future BMW production).

never has been one

and won't in the future

it's a moving target - some parts get made/sourced again if there is

a big demand - others never come back

you arm yourself with part numbers and as needed,

you contact a dealer, or vendor like MAXIMILLIAN

for current availability

i supplied this yesterday - current availability

for under dash trim panels

((I have a little birdy I can talk to))

Yeah. What's old is new again.

My theory is that parts go NLA, demand goes up, aftermarket prices jump, BMW starts producing the part again at a significant price increase. This effectively kills the demand for aftermarket parts...until the parts go NLA again...

I have seen trim bits go way up in price, while day to day parts like brake rotors have come down. The new grill I got from Jack a few years ago has quadrupled in price. The M3 rotors I bought at the same time now cost less.

Keep a file with all your part numbers. You never know when they'll go active again.
