Actually, more parts are now off the car and it's getting ready for a repaint.

Kris- that car is NOT good for winters in the GTA. You'll spin into a snowbank and they won't find you 'til spring.

"Snow White's Coffin" refers to the glass top Messerschmitt, according to a German friend of mine

While the 1974 Jadegrün is undergoing much needed restoration, undoing the "improvements" and "enhancements" of who knows how many POs, a little rabbit is faithfully serving as transportation means. Un-stylish and un-glamorous, compared to the tii, I have to say in its defense that its diesel engine starts first time all the time, even buried in snow, and it still gets 51mpg, after 260,000 miles without a rebuilt.

Also, thanks to FunElan from this forum for taking it for a spin before the purchase.

I saw a 1967 in the Clayton, NC LKQ yard.... Front row. It was surprisingly complete and straight and the motor turned over by hand... I was going crazy about it being in a junkyard. No rust either.
