Tii fuel pump replacement

1974tii When I search mobile tradition for the replacement fuel pump and accumulator they list for $652 & $119 respectively. When I search online I find the fuel pump for $60 - $90. Is there some important difference that I should know about?

Mesa Performance has rebuilt ones for $275 exchange

I have a rebuilt one that I got from Mesa for eight years ago that's in my 74 tii with no issues so far.
