110 leaded fuel questions

I didn't know where else to go but I have a feeling some of you guys/gals will know these answers...

So I have a two-stroke engine that I started running 110 leaded fuel (shell race gas in the 5-gallon pails). It's an awesome, amazing difference.

I've been carrying around two one-liter MSR fuel bottles in my glovebox so that I don't ever have to refill from the pump. At ~$10/gallon it's not that expensive (keep in mind it's a 1.5gal tank and I get 65-85mpg depending on my driving) but I'd like to know if I can mix Sunoco 100 pump gas 50/50 with the Shell 110 Leaded. Is that Kosher? The only reason why I'd do this is so that I can extend the range of travel - I can go back to premium pump gas but the after running 110 leaded it's a night & day difference.

So that's the question - is it OK to mix 50/50 leaded race gas with pump gas?

Thx.

REALLY ? WHICH LAWS ARE YOU REFERRING TO ?

YOU DON'T KNOW IF OR WHAT TAXES ARE PAID WHEN HE GETS THE 110

YOU DON'T KNOW IF HE IS DRIVING ON THE STREET OR A TRACK

YOU DON'T KNOW THE AGE OF HIS TWO-STROKE VEHICLE & YOU

DON'T EVEN KNOW IF IT IS A KART , BIKE OR A CAR !

( I SUSPECT IT's A KART )

IN MOST PARTS OF THE COUNTRY IT ISN'T ILLEGAL TO RUN LEADED

GAS IN AN OLDER PRE-CONVERTER VEHICLE .

AVAILABILITY IS ANOTHER ISSUE .

MIXING THE FUELS SHOULD BE FINE .

I WOULD LIKE TO GET SOME OF THE 110 AND TRY IT IN MY MESSERSCHMITTS ,

SOUNDS LIKE SOME GREAT STUFF !

He's driving a go-kart...with a glovebox.

I think the laws being broken have to do with exceeding the CAFE limits and making hybrid owners look bad.

60-80mpg is better than my 30miles per ClifBar. Probably lots faster, too.

NO LAW AGAINST GLOVE BOXES IN GO-KARTS .

MY MESSERSCHMITTS CAN GET mpg FIGURES IN THE 80-90s .

A FRIEND OF MINE JUST WON THE GREEN GRAND PRIX WITH A 1957 HEINKEL .

( THESE ARE LIKE A CROSS BETWEEN AN ISETTA & MESSERSCHMITT )

HE TURNED IN A FIGURE OF 128mpg !

THEY HAVE A NICE PICTURE OF THE CAR AND RESULTS HERE : http://www.greengrandprix.com/

I KNEW THEY WERE GOOD BUT NOT QUITE THAT GOOD .

HE BEAT A NUMBER OF MODERN & SPECIALTY BUILT CARS AS WELL AS AN X-PRIZE CONTENDER .

WAY TO GO STEVE !
