Summer tire noise

Switched off my winters, back to all seasons...should have done that a month ago. I have a huge "whoop whoop whoop whoop" tire noise now, once per rotation, w the all seasons All seasons were in a stack, partially exposed to our Seattle-ish winter(mild). More than one tire is noisy, to different levels.

Sound is a bit like rubber rubbing against something, but I can't see any evidence if rubbing in my dusty wheel wells.

What happened? What do I need to do to resolve, will it go away after a couple hours? Tires have decent pressure.

Tires usually go in the garage attic, but this winter it was full of 02 parts.
