Odometer gear

I would love to have a working odometer... but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it...

I am pretty sure everything should work fine and dandy if I replace the linkage from the speedometer cable to the number gear. If anybody happens to have one, I would greatly appreciate it!

I plan on participating in the Rally against Parkinsons in Portland Oregon on the 9th of September, and would love to find just the Odometer cog I've been looking for. If anybody can help me out by then, Please let me know!

Update: I ended up purchasing a speedometer off craigslist thinking I could just scrounge the part I needed...

Little did I know, they were different sizes! Does anybody know which one goes to what? mine (I am assuming it's the original from 74) had smaller gears, where as the second one I got off craigslist (not sure of its origin) has a larger gear...
