Big Brakes & Steelies OK?

re: spare being dead weight...I have fancy pants alloys, but standard brakes, and a nicely restored steelie in the trunk...Left for the Vintage in May, and realized half way there that I had no steel wheel lug nuts with me...would have been the same boat anchor...fortunately Murphy's law was averted.

Great point Dave. When I refinsihed a set of turbines, I made sure to refinsh 5. And a spare lug in the trunk in case I lose one. Also keeping air in that 5th wheel is helps too.
