shift knob

Morning all,

It's that time of the year again - I have started thinking about the shift knob in my all-original Chamonix 1967 BMW 1600-2. The only single thing not factory about it (except perhaps the door mirror and the tires) is the shift knob. The original owner replaced with a ghastly wooden knob that doesn't even fit.

Someone - anyone - with an original bakelite shift knob, please end my pain!

Thanks :-)

Cris
