Why I never.....

Yes i was just as surprised to find the vinyl roof. 2 layers of paint on top of the rust. I'm sure it looked nice at one point, but its a breeding ground for rust. Originally Inka 2002tii but resprayed white. Most of the tii stuff is gone, but you can still get the block, 5-speed, and driveshaft. Richmond, CA picknpull. the vin plate is still intact, all i remember is that it was a 278XXX.

The car is not in the picknpull inventory.

Quite popular in the UK back in the day, although I'll never know why.

My '73 Taiga '02 had a vinyl roof; actually a nice contrast to the Taiga green.

The pic shows its demise in Mons, Belgium in '78 or '79 (can't remember).

Vinyl roofs are generally used to cover roof damage on new cars from transit. Then the damaged car is sold at an increased 'option' price.

5 speed? As in close ratio or overdrive?

Check carefully you may have a real find there under all that vinyl

Is fuel efficiency really what we need most desperately? I say what we really need is a car that can be shot when it breaks down.

Landau roofs were convertible wannabe's.

Ford was big into them in the 60's and 70's.

Mmmm...a landau top Granada. Now THERE is a car.
