Is Siennabraun ugly or a cool 70s color?

An old schoolmate/BoyScout mate of mine is selling his parent's '76 automatic '02. If I didn't live in CA, have way too little disposable income and too many of my own projects I'd pick it up for my wife.

Siennabraun is the color that Sahara owners choose when they are feeling 'daring'.

One of my friends in high school had a 67 Cougar in root beer brown. Looked pretty good with a deep metallic. But then again, it also looked good with its' Landau roof too.

I parted out a totaled Sienabraun 1974 2002A in 1975 (or was it a '75 in '76?)

Whichever, in the mid-'70s I thought Sienabraun was totally un-cool! Now I think it's totally cool!

(Disclaimer: Only my nieces and nephews have ever used the term "cool" to describe me!)

Re-paint it Sienabraun, restore the beige interior, and put a set of gold-centered BBS-Mahles on it. You'll wonder why you ever questioned the color!

Cool. A few years back there was a woman who bought a 74 tii in Sienabraun and wrote an article in the NY Times about 02s. She was the kind of person who would not be caught in an uncool car. Can't remember her name.

I spotted this '76 at a local MINI dealership. Pretty nice car. I think it sold quickly.

Like many colors, it's gorgeous when it's nice fresh paint.

Truly a '70's era color that is timeless in it's own right. Many reasons to keep it stock - dare to be different!

LOVE THE COLOR! My friend has a 76 in this color, tan interior with gold BBS's. It looks amazing and all the old ladies love it!

I like that color....and if you aren't in love with tan or tobacco interior, I'd go black interior with that color...would look awesome IMO!
