Up for sale is my 1974 2002tii. I have had a blast driving it around town

and on long drives to visit friends and family. We have moved overseas and

I regret having to sell it. I will be in Los Angeles From July 16th – 29th

and available to show the car during that time.

Jack Fahuna at JF Pro (ProBimmer) in Van Nuys, California, rebuilt the

engine approximately 3500 miles ago. The transmission is drivable but

needs to be replaced. I have a used 4-speed that was purchased from

someone in the 2002 community, but I have not had it tested. It will be

included in the sale.

The body is not perfect. The paint is in ok shape, the worst part being the

roof with small rust pits. It was repainted, the same color, at some point in

its history. The refresh that was done by a previous owner is tired. The

big diving board bumpers original to the 1974 models have been replaced

with pre-74 “vintage” bumpers, for a nice look.

The interior is clean. The “sports” style seats (included in sale of car) have

been replace with original style seats. The rear seat was reupholstered

with used, but great condition material, when the front seats were

replaced. The “sports” style seats could be great, but would need to be

reupholstered.

The shock towers are solid. The spare tire well does have rust that in at

least one spot rusted through.

I have a binder of old recipes and club newsletters that were passed to

me by the previous owners that will included with the car.

“Sport” style seats - driver and passenger

Nardi steering wheel
