Opinions...?

thinking about strapping on a Monza or Ansa exhaust on the double'o 2, Dual Webers are already being installed. Any thoughts/opinions?

1) How old are you? Do you suffer from hearing loss? Do you wear those late-night TV head-sets while your S.O. sleeps?

2) How much long distance highway driving do you plan on doing?

3) They rust quicker than stock systems.

4) They "rotate/tilt" on their own if you don't keep the clamp at the resonator tight.

5) They may discolor the rear bumper.

My '73tii came with one - I loved it for about 1 year, then sold it, then recently bought it back for my '69 ;-)....

the ansa i used back in 80's lasted about 3 years then it rusted then started to rattle

Have had the Ansa on my 1600 for well over 20 years. Of course the car is garaged & never sees rain anymore, ( I don't drive it too much either). The one I have is not very loud, maybe they were made a bit differently back then. I just drove an Alfa Spyder with one on it & it was WAY TOO LOUD for me (It was a new system). I like the one I have but it is all up to your own taste.
