Connoisseurs need help identifying this DKW

So,

This definitively is not a regular DKW "Munga" it's supposed to be a 1960, official registration states model name only as DKW and I haven't been able to find a picture of this car anywhere on the net.

I've never seen a re-styled munga I'm absolutely lost regarding what the heck this is.
