license plate. no drilling no modification. Mercedes G-class is the donor. item 12

I always hated my license plate resting on my roundie's bodywork.

So I took a squaretail license plate bracket, ground down the lamp portions on the sides and mounted it that way. Not trying to steal your thunder, just offering another alternative, from a cheapie 02 owner.

I did the same thing on a spare bracket after doing the euro bumper conversion for a cleaner look. You could always make an aluminum bracket pretty easily if you are feeling really cheap.
