FS: E21 M10 engine and 5 speed tranny 325i

For sale is an engine and transmission out of a 1982 E21 323i with fuel injection, the engine ran strong when it was pulled and started right up, transmission is in great condition and has a new clutch. Would be a great swap for a '02, it was going to go into mine but i just don't have the money or time to follow through with getting it in there. Located in Lancaster, PA. If it is an engine out of a E21 325i then it is not an M10. If it is a SOHC 4 cylinder engine then it is a M10, if it is a 6 cylinder SOHC engine with the cam driven by an external drive belt then it is a M20 engine. This would make a huge difference to someone that might be interested.

Didn't think there was an E21 325. There was an E21 323 though.

sorry about that guys, you are both correct it has to be out of a 323i, i pulled the engine a couple months ago and for some reason thought it was a 325i. The engine is a 4 cylinder m10

Once again if it is a 4 cyl it's not a 323 engine. The 323 was a M20 6 cylinder. Is this a US car or grey market?
