Schwartz Euro 2002 at Ray Kormans shop: more pics

A little while back, I posted a picture of this car outside Korman's shop

Notice the passenger seat is missing.

Last Thursday, I stopped by Ray's place (it is on the way home from my customer) and it was parked it a different spot so just before I left I snapped a few more pics. No VIN tag on the steering column, faux wood gauge cluster and what appeared to be Lux door panels.

Behr A/C console faceplate was in all German

This is kinda wierd guys, if I own a 2002 does that give faqers a right to show detailed photos, location and yes vin number on the internet, I will pass as a bit of respect for a car owners privacy and hugely security is proper decorum

Where do you see a VIN? The number on the windshield papers is missing a digit. I've e-mailed Ray Korman asking about the car (since I forgot to ask him while I was there). The car is parked out in the open - not covered up nor inside the shop.

I'll delete the pics if the majority of folks here want me too.

CL 241638 was its tag/licence number when it was in Sicily (Italy).

The car reportedly sold out of Boulder, CO, for $30k, and was for sale at Aston Martin of New England for $45k last October.

Reportedly it has only done only 11k kilometers since new.

VIN starts with 375.....

We discussed this car a bit when Jim first saw it at Korman and someone else astutely linked it to the '75 Black Series listed by Aston Martin of New England. Wow: looking at that gorgeous underside (not to mention the Lux package, Italian specs, super low mileage, et al), this seems like a true bargain for $30K! I'm assuming, Les, that the $30K sale pre-dated the $45K listing and we're now looking at it after Aston Martin of New England sold it?

Steve, it was on Ebay Mar '10 (Boulder, CO). The Seller bought the car in Italy & shipped it back to the US in '07.

Seems sad to leave a $45k '02 outside in the elements.

Push buttons are labeled L,M,K, U, U and (cannot see last one)

I'm betting the car is pulled inside each night! Will see what Ray writes back to me. He loves to talk about cars.

With Ray,.....screw the car talk. Get an oxygen tank/mask and ask him if he's heard any good jokes lately.

Your eyes will water up, your sides will ache, your brain will go fuzzy and you'll fall down on the ground from laughing so hard.

and just when you think you've recovered, he can hit you with a few more---(that's why you'll need the oxygen).
