body and interior Momo Steering Wheel Adaptor Trouble

I have a 69 1600. It came with a beat-up 320i sport wheel. I am trying to fit a Momo. The first adaptor looks great but has no tab to cancel the turn signals. I looked at pics on ebay and the "real" Momo adaptor also seems to be missing the tab. I was told by a vendor that I should tranfer the plastic piece from my old wheel?

I also have a gigantic old wheel but it seems to be missing the plastic piece to canel the turn signals.

I checked on Penske parts and can't seem to locate a part.

Anyone know where this can be sourced?

I have a lathe and I guess I could make something but that could take quite a while.

It may be a metal piece sandwiched between the wheel and the top of the column. Round, with tab on one side

On the 320i it is a plastic piece that slips over the small hub where the splines are. On my old 2002 wheel it seems to be missing.

the turn signal tab is NOT part of the momo adaptor.  it is a separate stock BMW oem piece that should already be on the car.  if missing put a WTB call our or just order a new one from BLUNT.

Are you sure its not sitting on top of the column? It's hard to see the tab when its in place.
