I have the oil filled idler arm link, and not the later bushed version. Does anybody know what and how much fluid goes in there?

It's not that hard to eyeball it.

I'm sure you figured it out but you use SAE 80-90 or 85-90, or now it's GL5 80-90 I think.  Fill it until almost the top, maybe leave 1/2" air at top (my restoration manual says until you can feel it at end of your finger).
