body and interior Sticker Pictures Please - 74 Tii

Hi guys - can someone with original stickers on their 1974 tii take a few pictures of the fuses sticker and the oil change / type sticker and provide their dimensions for me?

 

Searched the FAQ but couldn't be sure the examples were specific to a 1974. 

 

Plan to make some up once I have the details.

John, this may have been discussed before and an FAQ was started but not sure where to tell you to look for it on this site.

 

As you receive replies, remember, each year had different stickers and placement and the Euro cars had different stickers too. So ensure you look at what you want to get.

 

In search for sticker vendors, they are different and not sure who to tell you has the correct ones. I have seen differences in the stickers in gloss and matte paper, horizontal and vertical printing, etc.

 

All I can help you with are stickers from a 1974 Turbo

Thanks Bill - Lots of variation for sure and I did search around. I also have some new stickers purchased by a PO but they don't match what I have seen on other 74's. Would love to have FAQ dedicated to this.

As Bill mentioned, and you & I have found, there can be variation within the same year of manufacture.  My tii was produced on 12/11/1973.

Yes.  I thought I had a bit of the hood latch on the far left of the pic, but must have moved in too close.

Thanks to those who replied so far. Attached is a photo a 6 down x 2 across fuse sticker that I thought was used on a 1974 tiis but John's photos suggest the long 12 down version mounted on the inside of the hood is the correct version.

 

John, could you provide the dimensions of the oil change sticker for me please? Would like forward to my printer to make up some new ones. He's done good work on the emissions and air pressure stickers.

95 mm high x 124 mm wide.  I'd prefer the fuse sticker be adjacent the fuse box (like yours) vs. underside of hood (mine).

 

I purchased an emission sticker from you, but have not applied it yet.

Haven't applied mine yet either. Enjoying the stickerless look of the freshly painted engine bay. Will eventually install them.

Stickers positions are an art form.

Cars manufactured in the same month or two had differences.

Usually the coolant sticker is nearer the front of the car and the battery sticker behind......sometimes they are swapped.

The oil sticker can be found either to the left of the driver side shock or in the plenum by the windshield/wiper motor. I've (hopefully) attached a few pics of 74tiis showing the oil sticker.

 

I started collecting info on sticker positions a few years ago.....one day I will collate it all!
