1976 Bmw 2002, Rust Free California Car.

One of the cleanest 1975 BMW 2002's in California. Absolutely rust free. Enthusiast owned since 1995 and immaculately maintained, serviced and pampered. Never kept outside, never seen a drop of rain, always stored with a collection in a climate controlled garage. Tasteful modifications are mostly performance based and include Bilstein shocks, brand new springs, BBS wheels with new Toyo Proxes R22 tires, e320 engine, 4 speed manual box, utterly perfect Recaro seats. Odometer reads 158,000, of which approx 75,000 is on the new engine.

There is not a flaw on the body, the paint shines brilliantly, the dash is perfect, covered with a BMW dash protector. Nice after market Sony stereo installed with CD, USB and ipod dock, plus amp under the drivers seat. The trunk is spotless, and there is not an ounce of rust in the spare wheel compartment (where most of these cars are already rotten through...).

This is a SMOG FREE car! never need to got it smogged. It has all the air intake system removed for better performance and has 32/36 weber side draft carbs which really help it breathe!

I just went through the brakes and put on new rear master cylinders.What else can I say? Have a look at the pictures. You will not find a better and more solid example of a car that is getting harder to find, and certainly it will appreciate in value over the years. The car pulls strong, and handles like it is on rails. Any inspection welcome - it's in such tremendous shape. No test drives without cash in hand though. I am not prepared to entertain time wasters in my wonderful car.
