1969 BMW 2002 Rolling Shell Project

Motor is just a short block since the head cracked and is now long gone.

Minimal rust but there is some there. A few pin holes in the floor and a couple rust spots in fenders etc but nothing too horrible. Front gasket leaks so that's where the surface rust on the floor came from.

Floor has been stripped of its tar sound deadening

Brakes currently are unknown.

Driving lights ARE NOT part of the sale. They will be removed before purchase.

Fuel cell in the trunk along with the original tank. I can remove the fuel cell if desired though.

I have a '73 parts car that can have parts removed to go with this car to make a mostly complete "kit" to build one 2002. I also have a barn full I can dig parts out of too.

I have a few thousand in receipts for it over the last 15-20 years from PO's. (Shocks, springs, ball joints, etc)

I'm asking $1650 assuming you take some parts from the 73. The price is very negotiable though.

Car is located in Issaquah, WA and has a title and collector plates.

Feel free to ask questions, and happy 02'ing!

Edit: Car now has a head. I may build the motor up and put it in and make the car run.

I will continuously be putting the car together and repairing it for the future buyer.
