electrical and ignition New Crankshaft Pulley Pointer For '69

I have an early cover with a pointer down low at about 5 o'clock, and a later cover with a pointer at about 2 o'clock..

Thanks everyone for the help. Used one of those bracket plates that come with cheap ubolts, bent it into an el so it just cleared the middle part of my crankshaft pulley by hanging it off the top bolt of the Smog Thing. Made a TDC mark with fingernail polish from daughter then guessed 1/8" for 3 degrees BTC, , then set the timing statically. Fired right up. Kind of. Now working on fuel system delivery. Going to search forum for fuel sending device test.
