Very Original 1600 Project Car

Project car that never got off the ground. Very original car that lived in S. California until 3 years ago and has been garaged since. Light surface rust, but nothing structural. Replaced front seats (320i Recaros) and rear seat. Brakes not working, so not drivable. Engine ran strong and no driveline issues when last driven (2 yrs ago). $1500 or best offer.
