I've looked all over for a picture of a pig cheeked 02 with these Alpina CMR wheels. I've been contemplating installing mine. Do you think these are 5 1/2"? If so I think I will move forward. Thanks Andersson!

hey  man

its hard to tell.....but 5..5 or 6 is a safe bet......the dish/lip is not that big.

still, depending on offset, the flares may be overwhelming.

ever see the alpina hot rod build  in red/blk, its  owned by one of us here...

.its got the steel look but they are widened to 7 or 8....and look good w/ the pig cheex

Joel,

Im leaning towards them being 5 1/2" since Alpina didn't make steelies in 6", but could be 6" wide if they were the 14" NK wheels. Im hesitant to widen mine to 7" & 8" wide since they are so rare. I've seen the red/black pig cheeked 1600, and yes, that's an awesome looking ride.

Sorry for high jacking...heres some more vintage shots. Probably already posted.

Andersson,  You always come up with the best!  I will have to have my dad sift through his archives to see if he has any more of that Tobin Special.  That is a very nice car!
