1974 Bmw 2002 Needs 4 Speed Transmission

I am hoping to find a decently priced (I.E. free or interested in a trade) 4 speed transmission that doesn't have 2nd gear issues.

I have been dealing with the issue for awhile now, and I've learned to drive her well enough that there is minimal engagement issues, but having a smooth shifting transmission would mean the world. I'm tempted to acquire one, and completely rebuild it, and then replace the one in my car. Unless anybody has any other idea's or would be interested in assisting.

Ive got a tranny up in Seattle... Dont know if the synchros are good or not, but it's here for like 20 bucks or whatever.... It just sits in the corner and I really dont need it...
