This is not about an 02, but it is about BMW history and heritage.

 

Some weeks back I was able to purchase the #001 Luigi BMW CSL and have it shipped to Seattle to have Racecraft prep it for the coming racing season.

Nice video Steve.  Looking forward to seeing your project evolve.  Sunny, balmy Seattle - wish we could get some of that "sunny, balmy  Seattle weather down here in Norcal before we are paying $5/gallon for water.  Did you end up having any luck selling your clone AlpinA csl car?  I followed the auction for a while but then lost track = last I recall it was a ways below your reserve price.  Great project.
