Anyone seen these? Found a set. Cheap. Trying to get details on ET and width. Somewhat period correct? Light? Good for my track tires?

Goody gumdrops. For what would be 60 bucks on your side of the water it seems ok. Now hoping for 13x6 and a nice ET.

Yes, period correct. I believe I've seen them in both 5.5x13 and 6x13, with '02-workable ET.

They are ET33, according to the seller. I´m running 13x6 ET17 with 185´s now. They don´t rub since I rolled the fenders, but ET33 would probably rub the strut. I think(?).

I'm assuming they're 6x13 since you didn't mention the size. Why don't you measure the existing distance between your 185/70s on ET17 rims (Borranis, I assume) and your struts? Have you got 16mm to spare?

13x6, yes. And as always, good and practical thoughts from your end, Steve. I will. And tie rod end.

Although, I do want a bit of extra room back there for tire expansion on hard cornering, as these would be clothed with my Kumho R-compounds for track days.

Maybe I´ll just stick with my 5.5 ET 18 stock steelies. On the other hand I guess these would be lighter, and buying wheels is fun!=)

Hmm,

I don´t know what exactly is considered as period, but the Ronal on the picture is definitely 80s. It is the newer 16-spoke design already.

Period 70s Ronals do look very (indeed very) similar to the 13´´ 20-spoke Alpinas as Alpina didn´t make their rims themselves but Ronal did them for them in those times.

Thanks! And they do feel a tad too modern, not my usual taste - I´d prefer a set of Campagnolo, Pepperpots or so, but these could be ok for track. I´ll sleep on it.

Those look identical to what came on my tii from the dealer in 73 (dealer didn't have the tii mags tii) and the buyer wanted some type of mag. Mine are british made, 18 spoked, 6 by 13.

Took em off and replaced em with Hartges.

73 2002 tii (malaga) 1994 - 2017
