VERY NICE!  Takes me back to 1984 when I bought my 1600 from its original owner, same wheels & hubcaps, bumpers etc.!  Unfortunately mine didn't look quite that good as I am in upstate NY.  You are going to have a TON of fun with that thing!  ENJOY!

Nice car!  Almost looks Nevada in the pictures as Tampico is very close, just a little more yellow.

BTW a '68 would have had frosted hubcaps (painted with silver paint); the factory paint started to peel after a year or so, and most of us just stripped and polished the hubcaps.  If you want some instructions on how to repaint 'em so the paint will last, drop me an e-mail as I did that to my '69 back in 2000 and the hubcaps still look good.

Nice find of an unmolested car.  Bet it steps along right smartly with a 2 liter engine and a 4.11 diff (long neck, of course!)

cheers

Sweet!!

Brings back memories of my '69 1600, which ran the pants off my friend's brandy-new '75 2002!

Enjoy the heck out of it, and best of luck to you!
