1968 2002 IMSA RS Race Car . White with motorsport colored

stripes (1982 livery). Imron paint Still in 1982 livery.Semi-tubed chassis,

fully adjustable front and rear suspension. Race header & exhaust, 4 spd., 100% locked rear diff, full cage, Corbeau racing seat, 5 point harness. Built by

Terry Luxford, driven by Gerry Tanner, Cliff Rickmers,

Lyn St. James & Donnie Crider.

The engine has either a Schrick 336 or a Schrick 320 cam, the head is probably a tricked out head from a 1600 or

the more common 121ti head. The engine was over bored to the IMSA limit ( .010 over.) The pistons were bought as blanks from Mendola and machined for the head. The engine had the Holley 500 cfm carb on what was called a "turbo manifold". That particular motor was not dyno’ed before Atlanta but similar configurations were making 190hp to 205hp at 7700 rpms...Spare'72 tii engine with sidedraft Weber 45DCOE included along with a four speed and a 391 limited slip differential.

Campaigned in the 1972-1982 IMSA Radial Sedan series, with well documented history. This car is an excellent candidate for Vintage racing, club racing, DE schools. A IMSA RS (320) race car in similar condition sold in March of this year for the mid twenties. This car with all the spares is being offered for a fraction of that price at $14,750.00. Although I would prefer selling out right, some interesting BMW trades (full or partial) may be considered. Bill, 314/ 704-8560
