1967 Bmw 1600 Track/street Car For Sale

Up for sale is my 1967 BMW 1600 track car project. Built in Munich on July 10th 1967. Original color was Sahara paint code 006. Car is currently registered till March 2015 with it's original black California plates!

Body is pretty straight - but not perfect. Paint is ok for track. Previous owner painted it Dakar yellow. I added the black top coat. Has a Tii crack free dash and 320i steering wheel. No seats. Auto Power roll bar.

Suspension is super stout. Tii struts with 320i vented rotors? Big 22.5 mm sway bars front and rear. Bilstein sports front and rear. Bigger 320i rear brakes. All red urethane bushings front and rear. TEP strut bars front and rear with battery relocation. LSD rear diff 3:91 ratio. Tii fuel tank and fuel pump. Will also include a micro dynamics electronic power coil and matching Lucas race distributor. And the biggie....a rare quick ratio steering box! -see pics.

Sorry no motor... does include a 4 speed and drive shaft.
