Actually Jaymic could well stock the Ireland Eng baffle if you give them a buzz. Sterling is a bit pricy at the moment though

 

I've emailed them, we'll see what they say. Nice folks, anyway. I've done business with them before.

Yes, it is an IE baffle. Felix noticed something very important; only use a few tacks to hold it in place. nothing more is needed. doing more will warp the pan.

 

The pics in that album are really good. One could measure and calculate to scale and make a template..=) But I don't think so, we'll se what Jaymic says.
