In my antique generation, "Black Flag" was an insecticide...believe it contained DDT, which is why it's not around any more, at least in its original incantation.  

 

That, folks is called a generation gap!

I've seen those black flag mirrors on german eBay -- very pricey off you can locate a matching left/right pair.  (if they're black chrome, not painted black).

 

I'm also a huge BF fan, from back in the day...  So here's a gratuitous repost from the FAQ-wayback, hopefully in spirit to the recent reminiscing Steve started... ;-P  (Black Flag tune: Police Truck)
