Took a little bit to get the bender up and going.  Bent some pipe yesterday and will have many more updates tomorrow when I get more material.

Either way...on to some pictures.

The big tube is 1.75" .25" wall DOM

The box is cut with a hole saw to keep it tight to the pipe (DOM).  I am also thinking of boxing this at the bottom to be flat with the DOM.  These will be camber and toe adjustable.

Observation--are the "boxes" that contain the pivot points (for the trailing arms) low enough to clear the underbody? They look really tall compared to the boxes for the body mounts. Neat and simple idea for using a tubular structure.

The boxes look high but the one closest to the mount is at most 1/4" higher than the stock pickup location.  The inboard is taller to allow for camber adjustment but really no higher than an adjuster added to a stock subframe.  The tube is shifted lower (by 1/2") than the stock subframe.

thanks guys!!

Really need to keep things updated....  Anyway subframe had to be redesigned to allow room for a driveshaft.

It is in the car for good now and the car should be running soon.

Yes it was finished and it installed in a car.

This is how it ended up.

Yes it was jigged up and can reproduce.  The next one will end up being a little different.
