What is the deal with this car/seller?

This car has been for sale over several weeks, likely months, and the ad keeps getting relisted.

 

Tried to contact the poster several times, but they fail to respond.

 

I smell fish, but what could they possibly hope to attain?

 

Maybe email addresses on all the interested parties out there for future reference.

LOL I remember trying to contact this guy a week ago about the condition of his wheels and he never got back to me.

I have been trying to get ahold of him for over a month. I have written over 20 emails and he responded to ONE.

 

I have a friend who litereally lives a couple streets from this guy but I can never get him to respond with a time.

I almost just want to offer him 5k right now and we will pick it up in 4 hours... how much easier could that be... bet he still would NOT respond... quite anoying
