Out of curiosity, why not put the bolt holes in the Headlights?

 

I'd imagine the stock badge blank has the holes where you see them.

 

For Steve - since you know the cost from doing the first run, it might make sense to collect payment before ordering so you don't get stuck with badges that don't sell.
