Are these the correct door panel clips?

Those are the correct clamps - used on many different models.

The online parts catalogs suggest you need 12 per door, plus 4 for each rear panel.

For what its worth  We sell both and they are identical except in price

Yeah, I will probably call tomorrow. I also could use the knee trim clips and the bottom strip clips, so I hope you have those. I'm trying to think of some other stuff I can use.

Aren't there also some little white rubbery inserts that you put into the holes in the door that the green clips go into?  It's been a long time since I've done mine.  And I think I remember that there's one weird clip #54 41 1 808 209? per door for a total of two?  They're clear or white and go somewhere up toward the top of the panel?  A lot of times they are missing because people leave them off the panel entirely.

IIRC inserts were used to cut down on moisture passage thru door but aren't used much today since their effectiveness is suspect. Originally the door used longer white clips with the exception of two shorter green clips that were used by the upper hole next the the opening for the window regulator. They were shorter so they wouldn't obstruct the regulator--but now everything has been superceded to the green clip.

I would look into ordering the female clip that goes into the door as well.

Unless BMW has resumed production, these plastic plugs have long been NLA.  I'd imagine you could find something in a well-stocked hardware store, McMaster-Carr, etc., that could work.
