Weber DCOE jets/choke

hey M,

i have a pair of DCOE 40's on my 02. let me know what you got as far as parts. any advise is welcome.

 

here is my current setup. it's runnng a little rich according to the plugs..

40 DCOE

130 main

200 air

33mm chokes

50f8 idle

IE 292 cam

IE header hooked up to a crapy ANSA exhaust (soon to have an IE SS exhaust)

XDI ignition

Depending on your elevation, the mains are too large, start at 115-120 , air correction 200-220 chokes  are ok, 50f8 idle jet a little large 40-45 , do you have a unison, and a set of jet reamers?  if not buy some, start with smaller jets , slowly ream them up in size, you need jet size gages also.  you can not use  the stock fuel pump, you need a electric pump no more than 3-4 psi  I don't have my 2002 carb notes in front of me,  the tools look on english car sites, or weber sites   Bruce m-tuner
