Wow! That looks almost exactly like my 1600 when I bought it 30 years ago! Same faded Granada paint, same rips in the seats, same wear spots in the carpet, same cracks in the dash, same trunk interior, same faded roundels. For me that is like looking into a time machine! It looks pretty solid but I am wondering if the price is a little high? $5,500 for one that needs that amount of work. Its going to need a lot of cosmetics like brightwork, upholstery, etc. Definitely worth restoring. This is what it might look like if restored! Hope someone on the FAQ picks it up!

clear coat the paint , fit the new carpet & upholster the seats , Job done , I love it but # 6 would be 1 too many for me

This would be a sick surf car or something like that! Get an old wood roof rack, lowering springs and some Aviator sunglasses and you're off to the races! Why can't this be in Washington... I would do anything in my willing power to get this car.

More character, gorgeous dash, buzz revvy engine with a short final drive makes them feel very nippy (but not good on a cruise). And all this is helped by being the lightest of the breed, esp compared to the fat ones you got states side later on.
