steering wheel

Im new to the 2002 seen.  My duaghter wanted this car so bought one been fixing things and learning as i go.  Her steering wheel is orginal to the car 1976 and wanting to put the newer three spoke on in out of the 318 im guessing what model would i look for and are they straight bolt ins   Im not sure on the E30 etc indicators so any help would be appreciated and if have one available id be interested   thanks

I also love that simple, elegantly-designed three spoke wheel, and have a nice one I'd love to sell you...bought it with the same intentions. Unfortunately the fine splines are different on the steering column and it will not fit a 2002. It sadly hangs on the wall of shame, where mistakes go to rest.

Might try the search for more info. A leather wrap on the old bus wheel really helps the driving experience; cheap, easy to do, etc...My only advice is dont go too small with replacement wheel, as steering effort becomes much more difficult. I have a leather Momo on one car, and a leather Nardi on the other...Sorry.
