I know you are only trying to help us locate parts -- and many of us need help locating parts -- but I, for the life of me (and 42 years of '02 ownership) can't figure out what the heck this is. As Marshall said above, we need a photo or at least a part number or reference from RealOEM.com.

Just going off of your description I would say it is the somewhat triangular shaped piece of rubber that is about oh 1/2" thick and has two round bushings in it and bolts to the door to cushion the blow when it is closed. shermanmartinez@hotmail.com

 Steve's picture is close. It is for a 2000CS and according to Real OEM 2002 uses the same part.

Same part as 02. Yes, removable bushing looks like a roller. As Sherman said, triangular rubber with metal flats impregnated in it. These are also available new. If you want used, I have some, good shape. PM me. Your descriptions though cryptic, are just fine.

Hi Tom, sorry I don't have any available at the present time.  I am in the process of getting them fabricated at the factory.  When they are ready, I will let you know.
