By the by, Ryan, is it really a '69 model? No headrests, no sidemarker lights or reflectors suggest earlier. Could it be a Euro model?

This car was built in 68, as far as BMW Clasico could tell me. I went ahead and wrote Andreas and Julia of BMW Archives an email requesting additional information so we shall see.

 

 

This car is pretty close to a stock 68-69 as far as I can tell. I'll have the entire car steam cleaned for a better assessment. I'll be sure to take lots of photos. 

I think I'll strip this car down and make it a racecar.
