Needing a GOOD headlight Relay for 73 roundie

I don't believe round taillight cars came from the factory with ANY headlight relays, which might partially explain why forum users aren't lining up with '73 headlight relays to sell you (the relay on the left inner fender, just aft of the alternator regulator, is the horn relay). Headlight relays appeared with the square taillight cars (the car shown next to your name appears to be a Sienabraun Metallic square taillight, so I'm assuming that's not the car in need of a headlight relay). If you're wanting to add headlight relays -- never a bad idea -- I recall forum threads that discussed it. And Daniel Stern Lighting is never a bad place to find what you'll need to upgrade (it might also be a good forum search term). And if a prior owner already added headlight relays, you should at least have the existing relays to see what you might be searching for.

unless you are specifically looking for a "correct looking" round can relay, head light relays are a commodity that you can get at any auto parts store.  standard issue four prong hella/bosch/no name brand units are cheap anywhere.
