'76 black on black. Reportedly 32k original miles, reportedly been in the family since 1980. Maybe it's so, maybe it ain't. Kid had it, kid had had to sell it for deposit money for new apartment. Distressed exterior. No visible walk-around rust, rust underneath (big hole behind pedal bucket) but less than you'd expect. Starts, runs, not driveable due to seized accelerator linkage, engine sounds good, no visible smoke. Some dings from where tree branch hit roof and hood. Has awful 15" alloys plus original steelies. Two grand. Four miles from my house, Craigslist pounce. Bought and paid for, will bring it home this weekend. I'll clean it up and see what it wants to be when it grows up. Oh, and today's my birthday. When I turned 57... it was a very good year...

When I first read your post title, I thought you had just acquired a cow's nether part....but I see it's a nice schwartz 02--not a common color, and with a black interior--I thought they usually came with a grey one.  Nice find.  Gonna drive it to Ofest?
