Based on shortie rear bumper ends, lack of rub strips on front bumper ends, and absence of knee trim, I'd suspect either (a.) earlier than '72 (earlier portion of '71 model year at least), or (b.) repaint after a thorough "retro-ization"!

But it does look like a low-rust car from the two photos shown.

Looks like some slight damage to the kidney grille and maybe nose panel.
